These terms apply to Common Sense, operated by PBSL Concepts Private Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

The service

Common Sense provides visual civic lessons and community participation features in two sections: Common Sense, for useful lessons and good habits, and Non Sense, for constructive observations of civic mistakes and better alternatives. Both sections serve education and positive behaviour change. Posts must focus on behaviour and protect the identities of people involved. Learn content can be browsed without signing in. Posting, voting, commenting, saving and profile features require an account. The app is free; it has no ads or in-app payments.

Accounts

Provide accurate information and use a phone number you control. Keep verification codes private and do not impersonate others. If you are a minor, use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.

Your contributions

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting it, you give us permission to host, display and process it to operate, moderate and improve the service, for as long as it remains on the service. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to share your content. Do not publish private information, infringement, unlawful material or content prohibited by our Community Guidelines.

Moderation and access

We may review, remove or restrict content and accounts that violate these terms, threaten safety or affect operation of the service. Contact support to report concerns or request a review. Civic scores, streaks and badges are motivational features and have no monetary value or official certification.

Educational information

Lessons provide general awareness. They do not replace current official rules, professional advice, emergency services or instructions from authorised personnel. Community contributions reflect their contributors' views. PBSL Concepts Private Limited is not a government agency and does not imply government affiliation or endorsement.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide useful information and a reliable service but cannot guarantee that every contribution is accurate or the service is always available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of the service or reliance on unverified community content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Leaving the service

You may stop using Common Sense at any time and delete your account and associated data. We may change or discontinue features as the service develops. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.

Governing law and contact
