Delete your Common Sense account

You can delete your Common Sense account and associated data. Common Sense is operated by PBSL Concepts Private Limited.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open Common Sense and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account and complete the confirmation shown in the app.

The account and associated posts, photos, comments and other account-linked data are deleted immediately when deletion is completed. You will be signed out.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

You do not need to install or open the app. Email sales@esalemedia.com with the subject Common Sense account deletion request. Include the phone number registered with your account so we can identify it.

We may ask you to verify control of that phone number before processing the request. Never send your OTP, password, identity document or payment information by email. Sending an email starts a support request; it does not automatically delete your account. Once ownership is verified and deletion is processed, deletion takes effect immediately.

What is deleted?

Your profile and registration details, posts, uploaded photos, comments, votes, bookmarks, learning progress and other data linked to your account are removed. We do not retain a separate backup copy of deleted account data. If a specific legal obligation requires retention, the retained information is restricted to that obligation.

Deletion is permanent. Copies independently saved by other people are outside our control. For a request concerning particular data without closing your account, contact the same support address and describe what you want removed.
